Description
One of our reputed clients in Oman is urgently hiring Cashiers / Order Receivers to manage customer orders, billing, and counter operations in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Responsibility
- Handle customer orders accurately at the counter.
- Process payments (cash/card) and issue receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier/order counter.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Assist customers with menu inquiries and recommendations.
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures and daily cash reports.
- Handle customer complaints courteously and professionally.
- Follow company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous cashiering or customer service experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems/POS machines is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work long hours and in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good time management skills.
